Each yogi grabs a pair of wireless headphones to hear the deep yoga chill tunes, followed by the voice of our fabulous instructors guiding us through the postures. You can be in a busy city with all its noises, but able to focus on your breath and movements more intensely. You won’t hear the roar of traffic in the garage, airplanes, chatter, or any other distracting noises. Be in your own bubble, while still being able to flow with a group!
